About the role

The Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our ABA team in Shelton, CT. We provide clinic-based and in-home services. Our mission is to provide individualized treatment for each of our clients utilizing all aspects of ABA specifically play-based therapy and naturalistic teaching strategies. We are ready and willing to train the right candidates in this process.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and facilitate mentoring and supervision programs
• Provide training and continuous evaluation of staff performance
• Collaborate and cotreat with other professionals within the practice to help provide a well-rounded team approach
• Collaborate with the clinical and management team to provide best outcomes for the clients, families, and company
• Collaborate with multiple BCBAs within the practice, including the Southbury and Shelton locations
• Create and monitor data collection protocols
• Conduct initial assessments and maintain a caseload of clients and a team of staff
• Engage in continuous professional development efforts to learn, maintain, and train new evidence-based, behavior analytic strategies
• Create and maintain ecologically relevant behavioral repertoires including compassionate, humble, flexible, creative, and progressive practices

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification & CT licensure
• Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
• Focus and experience with pediatrics (early ages preferred)
• Experience with in-home and clinic treatment (preferred)
