About the role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide support and training in behavior management techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment planning.
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff and community agencies.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
