About the role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide support and training in behavior management techniques.
- Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment planning.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff and community agencies.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Qualifications
