Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ($1,500 Sign-On Bonus Available)

About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst is needed to provide behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families and school staff
• Document progress in client files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour based on experience
