Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Develop and update skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction protocols, and treatment goals based on client progress
  • Provide supervision, training, and clinical support to RLTs and other treatment team members
  • Monitor client progress through observation, data review, and ongoing program evaluation
  • Make data-based clinical decisions and modify programs as needed
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization across home, clinic, and community settings
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Complete progress notes, treatment plan updates, supervision documentation, and other required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Work independently when needed while also contributing to a team environment
  • Attend team meetings, supervision meetings, and trainings as scheduled

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Current Louisiana Behavior Analyst license, or eligibility to obtain Louisiana licensure
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Experience developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Experience supervising RLTs, RBTs, or other direct-care staff
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collect, review, and interpret data to make clinical decisions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a treatment team
  • Ability to pass a background check
