Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
  • Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
  • Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
  • Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification: Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
  • Experience: Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.
