About the Role

The Overnight Lot Attendant is responsible for all janitorial duties for garages and surface lots, ensuring they are maintained and cleaned daily. This role creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients, representing LAZ Parking with honesty, integrity, accountability, and teamwork. The position involves operating heavy-duty equipment such as power sweepers and pressure washers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name, respond promptly to correspondence, and resolve problems with a caring attitude while developing rapport with the customer base.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately to account for collected parking revenues.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office; help direct traffic.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking location through sweeping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, picking up litter, power sweeping, and pressure washing.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure customer access.
• Wear the correct LAZ Parking uniform, arrive on time, and be ready to work as scheduled.
• Work independently or under supervision, following directions from supervisors.
• Address loitering by asking individuals to move off the property or calling non-emergency police support.
• Ensure location safety and address any hazardous conditions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
