BMW/Mini Service Technician

About the role

BMW of Anchorage is seeking a motivated BMW/MINI Service Technician to join their award-winning service department. The dealership has been recognized as a 2026 LPG Center of Excellence Winner, emphasizing their commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair services
• Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnostics
• Complete brake, suspension, and fluid services
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
• Accurately document repairs and services performed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow BMW/MINI repair procedures and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians
• Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results

Requirements

• 1–3 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• BMW/MINI experience is a plus
• Automotive technical training or certifications preferred
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
