Responsibilities

  • Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
  • Address customer concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
  • Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and video inspection on every vehicle, notifying the Service Advisor of additional recommendations or extended repair times.
  • Utilize the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and customer vehicles.
  • Complete required training as assigned.

Requirements

  • Accommodating and analytical, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Highly skilled in technical areas, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
  • Selfless and approachable, with a willingness to collaborate and support team members.
  • Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience is preferred.
  • ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications are highly valued.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.

  • Experience with the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
