Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
- Address customer concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
- Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and video inspection on every vehicle, notifying the Service Advisor of additional recommendations or extended repair times.
- Utilize the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and customer vehicles.
- Complete required training as assigned.
Requirements
- Accommodating and analytical, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.
- Highly skilled in technical areas, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
- Selfless and approachable, with a willingness to collaborate and support team members.
- Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience is preferred.
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications are highly valued.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
