Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and advanced repairs across all major vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and electrical systems
- Oversee warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Road-test vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to verify repairs
- Mentor and support B-Level and entry-level technicians
- Accurately document all repair work and communicate with service advisors on progress and additional needs
- Stay up to date with Ford and ASE training requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience preferred
- Ford certifications strongly preferred
- Proven track record in advanced diagnostics and complex repair work
- Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead by example and mentor junior technicians
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
