Automotive Service Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth diagnostics and advanced repairs across all major vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and electrical systems
  • Oversee warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Road-test vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to verify repairs
  • Mentor and support B-Level and entry-level technicians
  • Accurately document all repair work and communicate with service advisors on progress and additional needs
  • Stay up to date with Ford and ASE training requirements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience preferred
  • Ford certifications strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in advanced diagnostics and complex repair work
  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lead by example and mentor junior technicians
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
