Physical Requirements
- Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas

Responsibilities
- Devote yourself to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Determine management, production, and quality requirements by asking questions and listening
- Attend company meetings as required
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow-through with assigned projects
- Establish personal performance goals consistent with company standards and devise a strategy to meet them
- Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time utilization and planning
- Understand business terminology and stay updated on product and service technology changes
- Know and comply with federal, state, and local requirements governing the company’s business
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors and work rules/procedures
- Participate in performance management
- Interact positively with others and influence employee morale
- Uphold company non-disclosure and confidentiality policies
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Lease Portfolio Duties
- At the customer’s 2-year anniversary, call to advise of mid-mileage adjustment possibilities
- At 180 days from lease termination, send a postcard encouraging the customer to contact the dealership
- At 120 days from termination, call the customer about the Lease End Inspection Form arriving in their 90-day mailer
- At 60 days from termination, schedule and perform the pre-inspection; answer customer questions about their options
- Make appointments and be present for the turn-in of leased vehicles
- Communicate with BMW on lease returns
- Coordinate lease return disposition with the used car manager
- Inform management and sales staff of incoming cars
- Update the lease return website for wholesale opportunities to avoid “Mulligans” and generate extra wholesale profit for the Used Car Department
- Update new car inventory on the Niello website:
- Post new vehicles
- Delete sold vehicles
- Take pictures of new vehicles
- Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager
- Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers
- Maintain a professional appearance
Pay
Expected pay for this position is $2,930.00 to $10,000.00 per month, based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions.
