Supports the branch and/or region in achieving business objectives by providing effective operational support and management of sales compliance and regulatory requirements. Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do.

Responsibilities
- Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviors in all that they do.
- Builds interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups to create the highest value for all stakeholders.
- Arranges and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues.
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Sources new sales & service professional candidates.
- Supports the Trainee mentorship and supervises performance during and subsequent to their 18-month training period.
- Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
- Protects the Bank's assets and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements.
Requirements
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses.
- Sales and service experience preferred.
- In-depth operational experience.
- Supervisory/leadership experience.
- In-depth experience with financial planning products and related technologies.
