Responsibilities

• Drive execution across strategic initiatives in Capital Markets
• Own and enhance operational governance and execution processes
• Lead cross-functional programs to deliver investor-facing outcomes
• Manage operational escalations and identify risks proactively
• Design scalable processes and governance frameworks for efficiency
• Partner with leadership to enhance operational readiness for new initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related fields
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong skills in driving operational execution and resolving escalations rapidly
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, adept at navigating ambiguity
• Ability to influence and align diverse teams without direct authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior leaders
• Blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution expertise
