About the Opportunity

The Manager, Investor Services serves as the operational backbone for the Investor Services team, responsible for managing complex cross-functional initiatives and scaling operational processes related to investor engagement. This role drives effective execution, operational governance, and alignment across multiple departments to ensure the efficient management of investor activities and new product readiness. The position plays a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency and supporting strategic growth in the investor platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across Capital Markets, ensuring seamless coordination and cross-functional alignment among teams
• Improve operational governance models by expanding visibility, performance accountability, and workflow prioritization across investor lifecycle activities
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs involving Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and Compliance departments
• Manage complex operational escalations impacting investors, proactively identifying systemic risks and facilitating timely, strategic resolutions
• Design, implement, and audit scalable workflows and governance frameworks to maximize operational efficiency and reduce transactional risks
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to build operational readiness frameworks for new investors, products, partnerships, and business initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and champion opportunities to integrate automation and AI technologies for process improvements and workload reduction
• Develop robust data reporting protocols, key metrics, and standard operating cadences to support strategic decision-making and cross-organizational transparency

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of progressive experience operating in business operations, program management, strategic operations, investor operations, or closely related corporate fields
• Proven success leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple matrixed stakeholders
• Strong background managing daily operational execution, high-priority escalations, and continuous process improvements in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity independently
• Demonstrated ability to influence, guide, and align diverse stakeholder groups without holding direct hierarchical authority
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with extensive experience engaging senior executive leaders and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with tactical, hands-on operational execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional experience working within fintech, financial services, banking, lending, Capital Markets, or dedicated investor operations
• Practical experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams on digital product launches and automated operational workflows
• Hands-on experience building corporate governance frameworks, data dashboards, and performance reporting systems
• Foundational experience managing operational readiness, institutional partner onboarding, or large-scale technical implementations
• Proven track record leading process transformation, change management, or rapid organizational scaling initiatives
• Familiarity with asset-backed loan sales, investor onboarding, institutional diligence, servicing operations, or secondary financial markets
• Practical experience utilizing modern AI tools and automated platforms to enhance personal productivity and operational execution

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The target compensation framework for this role is determined dynamically based upon the candidate's core industry tenure, fintech operational background, and specialized technical systems evaluation.
