BMC Remedy/Helix Developer

For our client, we are seeking a BMC Remedy/Helix Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on building and supporting application integrations, workflows, and automation within a modern IT service management environment. The developer will partner with project stakeholders and remote team members to gather requirements, document solutions, and keep critical service processes running smoothly. The position also plays an important role in supporting incident, change, and production activities while helping ensure service delivery aligns with business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $128,039 – $173,229 annually Responsibilities Provide technical guidance on application integration capabilities Gather requirements and produce project documentation Develop workflows and integrations using Developer Studio Create REST API and Web Service integrations between the platform and external systems Manage incident assignments in line with service level agreements Coordinate change requests and maintain production environments Participate in Agile project sprints and communicate effectively with remote teams Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience CompTIA Security+ CE certification, or ability to obtain it within 3 months of the start date Experience with version 23.x or higher of the platform BMC Accredited Administrator or equivalent experience in Developer Studio Experience with SaaS solutions or AWS Cloud environments Understanding of ITIL methodologies; ITIL Foundation is a plus Expertise in one or more version 23.x+ applications such as Incident Management or Change Management Benefits Variety of medical, dental, and vision plan options 401(k) plan with company match Full flexible work weeks where possible 15 days of paid leave per year plus 10 paid holidays Paid Family Leave program for up to 160 hours Short- and long-term disability insurance options Access to life and critical illness insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
