BMC Helix Developer

Duration: 6+ months Compensation: $60-90hr Location: 100% REMOTE Requirements:5+ years of hands on BMC Remedy/Helix development experience.Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Innovation Studio/Innovation Suite, and Remedy AR System.Hands-on experience with BMC Helix application migrations, ideally migrating legacy applications to Innovation Studio.Experience developing workflows using Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and business rules.Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.Experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, and ITIL processes.Previous Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry experience is a plus.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications within the BMC Helix platform.Build and customize ITSM workflows, forms, business rules, approvals, notifications, and automation.Migrate existing applications to BMC Innovation Studio while maintaining current functionality.Develop integrations between Helix and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.Configure and support CMDB, asset management, reconciliation, and data integrity processes. 26-01030 #dice
