About the role

The Steward at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi is responsible for providing quality support to ensure an exceptional dining experience for employees. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of the Blues Café kitchen, preparation, and dining areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, dishes, and utensils in accordance with State and Local Laws.
• Providing prompt, courteous service that exemplifies the Company’s commitment to Health & Wellness and Excellence.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service industry.
• Organized and able to handle a variety of duties.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Able to follow instruction.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
