Blue Yonder Demand Planning Consultant

Role Summary

Support and enhance Blue Yonder Demand Planning application. Responsible for production support, incident resolution, monitoring, and enhancements to ensure system stability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Blue Yonder Demand (D360).
• Maintain and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly batch jobs, integrations, demand publish processes, and data validation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with Blue Yonder and internal IT teams.
• Configure systems changes and enhancements.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience with Blue Yonder Demand (JDA Demand).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Unix/Linux troubleshooting.
• Experience with integrations, batch processes, and production support.
