Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Absorb Duraplate sheets according to Wabash and ISO standards.
- Report defects and repair needs to production and maintenance leaders.
- Adhere to all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Work from various heights to ensure the line operates smoothly.
- Operate in adverse weather and climate conditions.
- Perform work in confined spaces, kneeling, or bending for long periods.
- Use equipment including Walk Behind, Hoist, SAP program, Push/Pull systems, Harness/Fall Protection, Crane, Torque wrenches, Large and small hand tools.
- Embrace and demonstrate Wabash Values and Leadership Principles.
- Flexibly adjust work schedule to meet production team needs.
- Follow safety policies and practices.
- Complete assigned duties following safety policies and practices.
- Exercise independent judgment when performing responsibilities.
- Ensure work quality meets or exceeds Wabash and ISO standards.
- Eliminate the "shift versus shift" mentality.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading, writing, and verbal skills.
- General computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to read and use calipers and gauging equipment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
