At Northeast Home & Energy, we're looking for skilled and motivated insulation installers to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses improve their energy efficiency and comfort, while also contributing to a more sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Cut, measure, and fit insulation materials according to specifications.
• Seal air leaks and ensure proper ventilation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials.
• Teach and lead a successful crew of 2-4 members.

Requirements

• Must have Crew Chief Certificate (Mass Save)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage a team
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
