Insulation Crew Member

Overview

As a Mass Save Participating Home Performance Contractor, you are eligible to offer Home Energy Assessments, insulation, air sealing, duct insulation, duct sealing, and thermostat installation services to customers. These services are provided in conjunction with Mass Save Sponsors and Lead Vendors, who handle incentives and work quality assurance. However, the Home Performance Contractor is responsible for the actual work and the warranties provided through the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Energy Assessments
• Offer insulation services
• Perform air sealing
• Install duct insulation
• Seal ducts
• Install thermostats

Qualifications
