Requirements
- 3 years' hands-on experience in blown film extrusion (multilayer preferred)
- Strong technical ability for process troubleshooting
- Eagerness for continuous learning
- Comfortable with hands-on leadership and developing others
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Applications - knowledge of SAP a plus
- Self-leadership and time management
- Focus to safety as a priority

- 2-year college degree preferred
