Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage multiple responsibilities in addition to line operator’s responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding changes to production orders and quality concerns.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Ensure formulations are being produced and labeled properly.
• Operate ICT and RDI units at appropriate MA settings.
• Troubleshoot the line, taking corrective actions while analyzing and correcting line issues as they occur.
• Maintain quality control to ensure operations for various quality defects.
• Perform all SQF activities.
• React to alarms and signals with urgency.
• Ensure safety of department personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and product delivery.
• Aid in any needed maintenance repairs and report malfunctioning equipment.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of Windows applications experience
• Ability to use various quality equipment tools such as microscope, micro-meter, and tape measure
• Radiation certification preferred
