Blowmold Operator -1st Shift

About the role

We have an immediate opening for a Blow Mold Machine Operator to maintain, break down, and set up equipment and machinery. Operators troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues, process finished or raw materials following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicate effectively with all departments to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down, and set up blow mold machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues
• Process finished or raw materials in compliance with GMP
• Communicate effectively with all departments to meet daily production deadlines
• Push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Work in a fast-paced, wet environment with potential exposure to dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
• Work flexible hours including overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible Saturdays

Pay

$24.50 per hour

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (possible Saturdays)
