Bloomington 2nd and 3rd shift Production Specialists

About the Role

Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex printed circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission- and life-critical applications. Our products are used in medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, and telecommunications markets. We are seeking Production Specialists for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Bloomington, MN location.

A $2,000 new hire bonus is available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow route sheets.
• Read and understand blueprints within the route sheets.
• Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools.
• Load panels through conveyor machine.
• Review and inspect work according to IPC standards.
• Move work orders with the Paradigm system.
• Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas.
• Cross-train to perform skills outside of initial area.
• Become a certified operator.
• Maintain cleanliness of specific area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.
• Able to read, interpret, and follow customer and IPC specifications.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive movements with hands, and use a respirator occasionally.
• Able to do fine detail work with hands.
• Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable entering information into a computer.
• This position requires access to ITAR-regulated information; applicants must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Pay

Competitive hourly rate in the $21.50 to $25 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
