We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Let's parse. Content: - Intro: "Universal is looking for responsible, energetic new team members to support our manufacturing processes. JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc., established in 1994, is headquartered in Bridgeville, PA, with plants in North Jackson, OH, Dunkirk, NY, and Titusville, PA. Universal Stainless produces semi-finished and finished specialty steel long products and plate including stainless steel, tool steel, bearing steel, gear steel, and aircraft quality low alloy steels for use in a variety of industries. Universal is committed to providing the best quality, delivery, and service possible." That's about the company and role. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use About the role for that intro. Then "The Bloomer Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by operating and monitoring bloomer equipment and performing related production activities. Employees will receive on-the-job training and will be expected to follow established procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards." That could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll treat as part of About the role. Then "Basic Responsibilities:" with bullet list. That's Responsibilities. Then "Safety-Sensitive Position THIS IS A SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION..." That's maybe part of Responsibilities or Requirements. Could be separate but we can include in Responsibilities or Requirements. Probably part of Responsibilities (safety). But we can also include as part of Requirements. However we need to avoid thin sections. We'll include safety note within Responsibilities as a bullet? It's not a bullet but a paragraph. We'll include as a

under Responsibilities. Then "Work Environment:" bullet list. Could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements. Might be part of Requirements (work environment). We'll treat as part of Requirements. Then "Skills:" list. That's Skills section. Then "Experience:" bullet list. That's Experience (maybe Requirements). Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll treat as Requirements (experience). Then "Education/Training:" bullet list. That's Qualifications. Then "Schedule:" bullet list. That's Schedule. Then "Physical Requirements:" bullet list. That's Requirements (physical). Could be part of Requirements. Then "Training & Growth:" paragraph. Could be Benefits? Actually it's about training opportunities. Could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section but not in list. We could include under Benefits? Not exactly benefits. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section "Training & Growth" but not in allowed headings. We could fold into Benefits? Not ideal. Maybe we can include under Benefits as a bullet? But it's not a benefit like insurance. Better to include under About the role or maybe a separate section "Training & Growth" but not allowed. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could incorporate training & growth into Benefits or About the role. Since Benefits already have list, we could add a paragraph after benefits about training & growth. That's okay. Then "We are looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, safety-focused, have a strong work ethic, are willing to learn, and are interested in developing their manufacturing skills." That's also part of About the role or Requirements. We'll add to About the role. Then "Pay & Benefits:" bullet list. That's Pay and Benefits. We need separate Pay and Benefits sections? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We have specific content for Pay & Benefits. Should we split Pay and Benefits? The heading list includes Pay and Benefits separate. The posting lumps them together. We could create a Benefits section with the list, and maybe Pay is not specified (no pay amount). Since no pay amount given, we should NOT create a Pay section because it would be filler (no specific pay). So we only create Benefits section with the list. Pay section omitted. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. Check each for content: - About the role: intro paragraph + Bloomer Operator responsibilities sentence + "We are looking for individuals..." paragraph. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: Basic Responsibilities bullet list + Safety-Sensitive Position paragraph (maybe include as a

after list). Also maybe include Work Environment? But we already have Work Environment under Requirements. We'll keep Responsibilities as the bullet list and safety note. - Requirements: Work Environment bullet list + Physical Requirements bullet list + Experience bullet list (maybe also include Education/Training? No that's Qualifications). Also maybe include "Previous manufacturing experience preferred." etc. That's experience. So Requirements will contain Work Environment, Physical Requirements, Experience. - Qualifications: Education/Training bullet list. - Skills: Skills bullet list. - Benefits: Pay & Benefits bullet list (benefits). We'll output as Benefits. - Schedule: Schedule bullet list. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Remove "Universal Stainless is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY" maybe considered marketing but it's part of intro; we can keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate; it's a call to action but okay. We'll keep. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. Let's craft. About the role:

Universal is looking for responsible, energetic new team members to support our manufacturing processes. Universal is committed to providing the best quality, delivery, and service possible.

The Bloomer Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by operating and monitoring bloomer equipment and performing related production activities. Employees will receive on-the-job training and will be expected to follow established procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, safety-focused, have a strong work ethic, are willing to learn, and are interested in developing their manufacturing skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor bloomer equipment to process steel products according to established procedures and production requirements.
    • Load, position, and handle steel materials as required for the manufacturing process.
    • Monitor equipment operation and material movement throughout the production process.
    • Make basic adjustments to equipment and process settings as trained and directed.
    • Perform basic math and measurements to support production activities.
    • Inspect material and finished product for quality and identify conditions that may require attention.
    • Communicate equipment, material, or production concerns to the appropriate personnel.
    • Follow established work instructions, quality requirements, and production procedures.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
    • Participate in 5S and housekeeping activities.
    • Safely operate material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.
    • Work cooperatively with other operators, maintenance, quality, and manufacturing personnel.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

THIS IS A SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION. PROPER USE OF ALL REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) IS MANDATORY. Employees must follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements for their assigned work area. Employees must be willing and able to comply with all required PPE, safety procedures, and work practices.

Requirements: We need sub-sections? Not required; just put content under Requirements heading. Could include multiple paragraphs and lists. We'll include Work Environment list, Physical Requirements list, Experience list. Thus:

    Requirements

    Work Environment

? Not allowed headings besides the specified list. We cannot add

. So we must keep within

only. So we cannot add subheadings. We'll just put paragraphs and lists directly under Requirements. We'll do:

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment around industrial equipment, machinery, steel products, and materials. Employees may work in different manufacturing areas based on operational needs. Employees may work around moving equipment, heavy materials, and industrial processes. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment is required. Employees must be able to work extended shifts and varying schedules assigned.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. Must be able to safely work around manufacturing equipment, machinery, and materials. Must be able to wear required PPE for assigned work areas.

    Experience

? Not allowed. So we need to incorporate experience as part of Requirements without extra heading. We'll just add a paragraph list. Thus under Requirements we will have:
    • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Previous heavy machinery or industrial equipment operation experience preferred.
    • Experience working in a steel or industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
But we need to differentiate that it's experience. Could add a preceding sentence: "Preferred experience includes:" then list. We'll do:

    Preferred experience includes:

      ...
Similarly for Work Environment and Physical Requirements we can have introductory sentences. Thus Requirements section will contain multiple

    and

      . Qualifications:

      Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

      On-the-job training will be provided.

Additional training will be provided on assigned equipment and manufacturing processes.

But note that "Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required." duplicates experience; but it's okay. Skills:

      Skills

      • Basic math skills
      • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
      • Ability to understand the responsibilities and requirements of the assigned role.
      • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment
      • Mechanically inclined
      • Flexibility and willingness to learn multiple processes and equipment.
      • Strong commitment to safety and proper PPE use
      • Ability to work on a team or independently
Note duplicate "Ability to work on a team or independently" similar to earlier; but keep as given. Benefits:

      Benefits

      • Benefits start on the first day of employment (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, HSA, FSA)
      • Company paid life insurance equal to annual salary
      • Company paid short and long-term disability insurance
      • Profit sharing
      • USW Pension
      • 401K
      • Paid holidays
      • Paid vacation
