Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT)/Immunotherapy Fellow

Responsibilities

This is a year-long fellowship program with the goal of becoming an expert in BMT and immunotherapy. Rotations will include outpatient and inpatient BMT (autologous and allogeneic, long-term follow-up, etc.) and immunotherapy services. The fellow will initially function as a primary provider with direct patient care responsibilities and will have increasing levels of clinical team leadership over the course of the year. Approximately 8 months will be devoted to clinical activities with the remaining time available for clinically focused research projects.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must have an MD/DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) eligible or certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology (or foreign equivalent)
  • The ideal candidate should have a career interest in hematopoietic cell transplantation and/or immunotherapy
  • The ideal candidate should have completed a fellowship in hematology or hematology-oncology (or foreign equivalent)

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is from $130,000 to $164,986, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
