About the role

Your Area Of Responsibility will be to contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided. Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions. Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability. Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories. Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards. Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications. Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability. Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.

Requirements

  • Design and develop blockchain-based applications and decentralized solutions
  • Build and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Polygon, or other EVM blockchain platforms
  • Develop scalable backend microservices using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js
  • Create responsive frontend applications using ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks
  • Integrate blockchain networks with enterprise applications through Rest APIs and event driven middleware
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Implement digital identity, tokenization, and transaction management solutions
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional development teams
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities
  • Follow Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices

Preferred Skills

  • Strong experience with Blockchain Fundamentals, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
  • Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Polygon, or other EVM blockchains
  • Expertise in Smart Contract Development using Solidity and development platforms such as Hardhat and Foundry
  • Experience implementing in Tokenization, Digital Assets, NFTs, and Asset Management Solutions and token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-3643 etc.
  • Understanding of Consensus Mechanisms, Cryptography, Wallet Integration, and Digital Signatures and blockchain event handling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
