We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - "A Little About Us": description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have "A Little About Us" which is about company. Could treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have company description; maybe "About the role" is not exactly but we could use "About the role" to describe the job? However we have "What’s The Job?" which is description of role. So we can use "About the role" heading for that. We have responsibilities list: many bullet points under "What You’ll Be Doing". Those are duties. Use
  • . We have requirements: "What You’ve Done And Who You Are": includes minimum high school diploma, previous experience, GMP plus, attention to detail, etc. Also "What We’re Looking For" includes partner/influence, ability to handle multiple priorities, etc. Those could be qualifications/skills. We need to decide sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could combine. We have Schedule: "Schedule: Monday – Friday; 2nd shift". So we can have Schedule section. We have Benefits: "The Perks Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Parental Leave Generous Paid Time Off Weekly Pay Stock Options — every employee is an owner Free, delicious oatmeal". So Benefits section. Pay: Not explicitly stated. No pay info. So we should NOT create Pay section. We also have Physical Demands etc. Could be part of Requirements? Might be separate but not required. We could include under Requirements or maybe a separate "Physical Demands" but not in allowed headings list. Probably we can incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    • Parental Leave

We should also maybe include "Physical Demands" but not in allowed headings; could be part of Requirements. But we already have Requirements; we could add bullet: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Must be able to work near food ingredients, exposure to food allergens; Must be able to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA etc. However that is somewhat boilerplate but it's substantive. We could add to Requirements. Let's add to Requirements bullet list. Also note location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment. Could add. We must not include EEO etc. Let's incorporate those. Add to Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Must be able to work near food ingredients, exposure to food allergens - Must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards - Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards - Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment But some of those are somewhat boilerplate but they are substantive. We'll include. Now ensure no duplication: we have "What You’ve Done And Who You Are" includes minimum high school diploma etc. We used that. We also have "What We’re Looking For" which we turned into Skills. Check for any leftover substantive info not captured: "A Little About Us" company description not used. Should we include as "About the company"? Not in allowed headings but we could incorporate into About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to those? It says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings. The company description could be placed under About the role? Might be odd but we could add a brief paragraph about the company under About the role before responsibilities. Already we have a paragraph about the role; we could add company description there. But the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid adding company description under About the role. So we can include company description in that section. Thus About the role section: combine company description and role description. Let's craft About the role:

A Little About Us: Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we’re now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. Our goal: become a household brand by leveraging speed, storytelling, and strategy. We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly in the R&D process — an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. It also makes our brand tangible and real: our factory, our team, and our product pipeline are all part of the narrative. This is an exciting stage — we are emerging as a significant omni-channel brand and launching new products to capture meaningful market share across verticals. We want you to help us get there. Every teammate here has equity because we’re building something big, and everyone plays an important role. If you’re excited about building a brand that does things differently, this is that opportunity. We are not accepting candidates from third-party recruiters or agencies for this role — direct applicants only.

What’s The Job? We’re looking for an experienced blending operator to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. As a blending operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the blending machines, as well as performing quality control checks on the products. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of production and ensuring that the products are properly labeled and packaged.

That seems good. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Now output HTML fragment. Check for any missing content: "Free oatmeal. It’s very good." we have Free, delicious oatmeal. Good. "High growth potential with opportunities to expand" not captured. Could add to Benefits or maybe under Why You Might Like Working Here. But we have no section for that. Could add to Benefits as bullet: High growth potential with opportunities to expand. Or maybe under Skills? Better to add to Benefits as it's a perk. Let's add. Also "Casual, friendly culture. We’re serious about what we do but we don’t take ourselves too seriously." Could be under Benefits? Maybe under Why You Might Like Working Here but we don't have that heading. Could add to Benefits as bullet: Casual, friendly culture; we’re serious about what we do but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Also "You have the freedom to leverage your own creativity and have a voice." Could be under Skills or Benefits. Let's add to Benefits. Also "Free oatmeal. It’s very good." we have. Also "Stock Options — every employee is an owner" we have. Also "Weekly Pay" we have. Also "Generous Paid Time Off" we have. Also "Parental Leave" we have. Also "Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)" we have. Now also "Why You Might Not Like Working Here" includes: It’s not a cushy job, the bar is high; We are growing quickly and have a fast-paced work environment. Could be under Requirements? Might be under Skills? Could add to Requirements as bullet: Expect high standards and fast-paced environment; not a cushy job. But it's more about culture. Could add to Benefits? Not exactly. Might add to Requirements as expectation. Let's add to Requirements bullet: Expect
