Blender Technician
About the role
This role requires you to blend gravimetric mixtures according to established GMP and SOPs using analytical equipment. You will perform quality control testing on products following GMP and SOP guidelines and produce and maintain fill records accurately. Provide technical support to production and customer service teams. Complete assigned preventative maintenance duties and compile, organize, and maintain blend standard records. Maintain analytical equipment standards and certifications. Use Gas Chromatography to analyze and certify complex liquid and gas calibrations.
Responsibilities
- Blend gravimetric mixtures according to established GMP and SOPs using analytical equipment
- Perform quality control testing on products following GMP and SOP guidelines
- Produce and maintain fill records accurately
- Provide technical support to production and customer service teams
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance duties
- Compile, organize, and maintain blend standard records
- Maintain analytical equipment standards and certifications
- Use Gas Chromatography to analyze and certify complex liquid and gas calibrations
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with gas chromatography and process gas analyzers (preferred)
- The ability to multi-task, work independently, and part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
