Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and update them regularly
  • Communicate with candidates via email and phone

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
