Blast Crew

Position Overview

Our Blast Crews perform a wide variety of tasks at our location and customer sites in support of our blasting services. The tasks are performed outdoors in all weather conditions and include regularly moving items or objects weighing 50+ pounds, using shovels, pulling hoses, laying out products and carrying a wide variety of materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and compliance while carrying out daily responsibilities.
• Work reliably and closely with other location and crew members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring products are handled, transported and stored according to policy and regulations.
• Work outdoors in all weather, lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more of product and material on a regular basis.
• Pull hoses, shovel and frequently walk, bend, squat, stoop, twist to provide labor duties at the location and customer job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Available to work overtime to meet customer objectives.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and handle physically demanding work outdoors daily.
• Ability to work under various weather conditions on rough terrain.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
