Responsibilities
- Painting and maintaining aircraft blades
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Working collaboratively with other team members
- Performing routine maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and working at heights
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience in aviation maintenance or similar field
- Knowledge of aircraft blade maintenance techniques
- Experience with aircraft paint systems and tools
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment
