Blackjack Dealers-Charitable Gaming
This is a field-based, in-person role. Employees will work onsite at multiple gaming locations as assigned.
About the role
The Blackjack Dealer provides excellent customer service while operating and managing charitable gaming activities such as Blackjack, Paddlewheel, Pull Tabs, and Bingo. This role ensures integrity on the gaming floor, performs accurate cash and chip counts, and supports a positive and safe gaming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service
- Maintains integrity on the gaming floor
- Performs quick and simple math calculations
- Counts and verifies cash totals and chip totals
- Operates and conducts all game types, including:
- Blackjack/Twenty-One
- Paddlewheel with a Table (Pig Wheel)
- Paddlewheel Without a Table (Meat Raffle)
- Paper Pull Tabs
- Bingo
- Electronic Pull Tabs
- Assists housekeeping when needed or in emergency situations
- Picks up office supplies and other items as needed for business functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older

Work Environment
This position works in an environment with few physical discomforts; may occasionally be exposed to drafts, noise, temperature variations, and odors.
Pay
$7.00–$14.00 per hour plus tips. Compensation is based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
