About the role
The Operations Manager is a highly trusted role responsible for managing and strengthening the internal systems, infrastructure, and operational practices of BLMP. This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented systems nerd who enjoys building efficient, accessible, and scalable systems that support a dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen internal systems, infrastructure, and operational practices of BLMP.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff IT systems and operational processes.
- Ensure all team members are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.
- Lead multiple projects, manage day-to-day operational infrastructure.
- Embed values of disability justice and language access into all systems and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Experience with accessibility and disability justice principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Experience with data management and analysis tools.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
