About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team at Courtyard Atlantic City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and contributing to the overall success of the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk services.
• Manage guest relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve guest experiences.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Participate in shift rotations and assist in managing the hotel's operational needs during peak periods.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hotel operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
• Experience with hotel management software systems.
