Our Guest Service Experts create memorable and unique experiences for guests by delivering food and drink service, setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas. They ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance and communication. Responsibilities

• Interacting and serving guests
• Cleaning work areas and supplies
• Creating a safe workplace
• Following company policies and procedures
• Upholding quality standards
• Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Reading and visually verifying menu information
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects ≤25 lb unassisted and ≤50 lb with assistance
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required

Schedule

Part‑time position; day shift with weekends and holidays availability preferred.
