The Bistro supports daily restaurant operations by assisting with customer service, order management, reservations, and administrative tasks using AI-powered tools. This role helps improve efficiency, enhance the guest experience, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while working closely with the restaurant team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and AI-powered software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new technology and restaurant systems.
