Position Summary

Our Guest Service Experts build memorable experiences by delivering a wide range of services, from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen to interacting with guests and maintaining clean work areas. The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and ensure proper arrangement for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests throughout their dining experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies in an orderly condition.
• Remain on feet for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking, including on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify menu information.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: Less than 1 year.
• Supervisory experience: None required.
• License or certification: None required.
