About the role

The BisTrack Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of branch locations through system support, training, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for system support requests, troubleshooting, and user questions.
  • Support ERP and operational systems, including BisTrack.
  • Manage and respond to support tickets and emails in a timely manner.
  • Audit operational workflows, inventory processes, and system-related issues.
  • Conduct branch audits to ensure consistent system usage and process compliance.
  • Review dashboards, reports, and workflows to identify operational gaps or discrepancies.
  • Work alongside Branch and Regional Managers to reinforce operational consistency and best practices across locations.
  • Escalate complex or recurring system issues with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
  • Provide user training and reinforce company processes and best practices.
  • Maintain SOPs, training guides, and process documentation.
  • Identify recurring process or training gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with system testing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and year-end preparation, including occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP or operational systems preferred.
  • Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and sales workflows.
  • Comfortable training and supporting users with varying skill levels.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and process-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide professional and timely user support.
  • Ability to analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Skills

Pay

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Work primarily out of the closest branch location; travel to other branch locations is required as needed.
