About the role
The BisTrack Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of branch locations through system support, training, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for system support requests, troubleshooting, and user questions.
- Support ERP and operational systems, including BisTrack.
- Manage and respond to support tickets and emails in a timely manner.
- Audit operational workflows, inventory processes, and system-related issues.
- Conduct branch audits to ensure consistent system usage and process compliance.
- Review dashboards, reports, and workflows to identify operational gaps or discrepancies.
- Work alongside Branch and Regional Managers to reinforce operational consistency and best practices across locations.
- Escalate complex or recurring system issues with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
- Provide user training and reinforce company processes and best practices.
- Maintain SOPs, training guides, and process documentation.
- Identify recurring process or training gaps and recommend improvements.
- Assist with system testing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and year-end preparation, including occasional travel.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP or operational systems preferred.
- Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and sales workflows.
- Comfortable training and supporting users with varying skill levels.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role or relevant field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Pay
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Work primarily out of the closest branch location; travel to other branch locations is required as needed.
