Birthing Center RN Per Diem Nights

This per diem nights position contributes to a collaborative environment where assessment skills and adherence to Nursing Standards and Standards of Care are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the health status of assigned patients according to Nursing Standards.
• Perform all procedures based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in compliance with policy.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• One (1) year of experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required (approved by the American Heart Association).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I & II required.
• ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation.

Pay

Hourly rate: 56.00 USD. Compensation may include clinical certification pay and shift differentials, and is prorated based on employment status. The rate reflects factors such as job-related experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
