Birthday Party Host

General Summary

Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. They lead fun activities for children while parents enjoy the party. This position is based at our Arena Sports, Redmond location.

Primary Job Functions

• Greet parties and assist with waiver completion
• Explain rules and policies
• Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
• Serve food, beverages, and cake
• Manage party gifts and belongings
• Maintain party schedules
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Problem Anticipation/ Deductive Reasoning
• Written and Oral Comprehension and Expression
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
• Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Clear Communication Skills
• Food Handler's Permit Required
• Willingness to Work Weekends
