Birthday Party Host

General Summary

Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. They lead fun activities for children while parents enjoy the party. Key responsibilities include greeting families, serving food and beverages, guiding children through activities, and resolving issues to ensure a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet parties and assist with waiver completion
• Explain rules and policies
• Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
• Serve food, beverages, and cake
• Manage party gifts and belongings
• Monitor timing to keep parties on schedule
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Problem Anticipation/ Deductive Reasoning
• Written and Oral Comprehension and Expression
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Must be able to work weekends
• Food Handler's Permit required

Physical Requirements

• Sitting and standing as needed
