About the role
The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a positive impact on children's lives.
Responsibilities
- Organize and lead various programs including gymnastics, dance, and sports prep
- Engage children through movement-based learning and imaginative play
- Support the growth and development of children from 4 months to 12 years old
- Participate in community events such as Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants
Requirements
- High energy and enthusiasm for working with children
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere
- Basic computer skills for managing schedules and communications
