Birthday Party Coordinator
About the Role
The Birthday Party Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our Birthday Parties, Parent Survival Nights, and Camps. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys developing others, and takes pride in creating fun, organized, and memorable experiences for families.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work Birthday Parties consistently.
- Train new team members for Birthday Parties, Parent Survival Nights, and Camps.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to current team members.
- Evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in continuous training.
- Help maintain consistent standards for safety, customer service, organization, and FUN!
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Attend monthly team meetings and provide input regarding training and development for Birthday Parties, Parent Survival Nights, and Camps.
- Serve as a positive role model and leader for the team.
Schedule
Part-Time: Approximately 5–10 hours per week. Hours may vary based on our party and event schedule.
- Saturdays: Approximately 1:30–6:30 PM (hours may vary)
- Sundays: Schedule TBD
- Monthly Sunday Team Meeting: Required
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Dependable and comfortable taking initiative.
- Able to provide positive, constructive feedback to team members.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and comfortable leading groups.
- Willing to learn and participate in ongoing training.
- Weekend availability is required.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
