Birthday Party Coordinator
About the role
If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for! This role involves leading and assisting amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Responsibilities
- Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children and families at each party.
- Contribute to our community by building confidence, self-esteem, and independence in children through our programs.
- Participate in quarterly team volunteer activities and community events.
Qualifications
- You love having fun, giving high fives, and can play like a child (a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus).
- You live to serve and enjoy making others feel good.
- Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
- You know how to have fun but can also buckle down and work when needed.
- Recent high school grads or college students looking for weekend hours are welcome.

Pay
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
About Us
The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build confidence and skills. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
