Key Responsibilities
- Prepare buffers and media.
- Operate bioprocess equipment.
- Monitor process parameters.
- Complete batch records.
- Collect in-process samples.
- Clean and sanitize equipment.
- Follow aseptic techniques.
- Participate in shift handoffs.
Education
- Average: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or Chemistry preferred.
Mandatory Skills
- GMP knowledge.
- Documentation skills.
- Basic microbiology knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Team collaboration.
Experience
- Biotech manufacturing preferred.
- Pharmaceutical production experience is a plus.
