Bioprocess Field Applications & Integration Specialist

What You Will Do

• Help customers adopt and use Eppendorf’s complete hardware, software and service offerings through applications support, process development, troubleshooting, optimization and integration.
• Travel up to approximately 60% across your regional territory to provide comprehensive pre‑ and post-sales support, including training, product demonstrations, advanced troubleshooting, and application consulting, while gathering feedback that directly influences future product development.
• Support sales and service teams through both in‑person and virtual customer visits, providing advanced technical application and integration expertise.
• Deliver applications training to colleagues in alignment with global Bioprocess initiatives, positioning yourself as the regional expert for applications support and software integration.
• Work closely with global Bioprocess Product Support and portfolio development teams to relay customer feedback and pain points, target new markets and applications, and support key trade shows and collaboration events that build the Eppendorf bioprocess brand.
