Job Responsibilities

• Formulate bulk reagents and perform in-process QC testing within a GMP environment.
• Support production of reagents for various product lines within Global Operations – Manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all raw, work-in-progress, and approved materials.
• Aid in production scheduling for the BCP department and collaborate with IC, IP, QC, and FP.
• Perform duties required to produce bulk reagents while adhering to internal quality standards.
• Manage batch operations within Agilent ERP system, including opening, closing, combining, and disposition.
• Select, allocate, and consume raw materials to batches per product DHR.
• Adjust inventory levels within Agilent ERP system to accurately reflect physical inventories.
• Status label bulk reagents within BCP.
• Filter, mix, and transfer reagents between production areas.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous/toxic materials in compliance with internal procedures, using appropriate safety equipment.
• Operate equipment for in-process quality control, including pH meters, automated staining platforms, conductivity, and UV Vis instruments.
• Participate in general laboratory cleaning and perform preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
• Access controlled environments such as walk-in cold rooms (2-8°C) and walk-in freezers (-20°C).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within BCP and cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
