About the Role

The Bingo Inventory Clerk is responsible for recording, maintaining, requisitioning, supplying, and controlling bingo paper while ensuring compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and other laws, gaming regulations, and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed by Bingo Issue Clerks and Bingo Floor Runners while issuing and returning Bingo paper.
  • Bundle, repackage, and count Bingo paper based on the Bingo sessions and promotions scheduled for the day.
  • Assist in performing physical count of Bingo paper inventory on hand at least monthly, or as often as necessary.
  • Maintain accuracy of Bingo paper inventory during assigned sessions.
  • Compile daily reports of session paper activity and submit them to management or compliance when necessary.
  • Report discrepancies to the Bingo Supervisor as needed.
  • Appropriately cancel paper so it cannot be resold.
  • Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills.
  • Manage and maintain the security of confidential information.
  • Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.
  • Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements, IRS Currency Transaction Reports, and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
  • Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR, and SAR records as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on organizational needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Cashier or inventory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral; Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, bend for extended periods, reach with hands and arms, talk, and listen.
  • Must concentrate for prolonged periods.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Must communicate effectively in person or using telecommunications equipment.
  • Must have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, touch-screen display, telephone, and calculator.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.

Work Environment

  • Bingo hall, casino floor, and normal office setting.
  • Frequent walking and standing in a smoke-filled environment with frequent contact with the general public.
  • Temperature-controlled environment with varying noise levels; may be exposed to high noise levels throughout the day.
  • Extended hours and irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions.
  • May be exposed to risks when resolving issues with difficult guests or irate staff members.
  • May be exposed to various types of lighting, including artificial fluorescent lights, flashing lights, strobe lights, and multiple colored lights.
  • Travel may be required to perform essential functions of the position.

Conditions of Employment

  • Must obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful completion of a background check.
  • Must keep all documents current and valid at all times.
  • Must provide authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
  • Must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policies and procedures, and gaming regulations.

Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American preference is observed.
