Wage: $22-26/hr DOE
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating programmable cutters (Polar or similar).
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
- Computer literate, with the ability to follow digital job tickets and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet production demands.
- Knowledge of printing processes and various print substrates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
